My professional foundation is the Diplom-Kauffrau für Europäische Wirtschaft (FH) – a German business degree comparable to an MBA – combined with more than 20 years of experience as a professional project lead, PMO lead, and IT project lead. This background shapes how I structure organizations, design processes, and guide transformation programs with clarity and authority.

My additional training as an art & creative therapist and movement coach strengthens my ability to lead teams through complexity with grounded focus, human understanding, and the ability to create clarity in dynamic situations. I combine large-corporate experience with the clarity and pragmatism of a startup, working solution-oriented, process-driven, and always with a focus on what truly works for people in their everyday roles.
